AUTOMATED RESERVATIONLESS

Overview

    Cohere Conferencing offers many service features allowing you to control your conference calls.

    Cohere Express Card

    This wallet-size card is available to all Cohere Express account holders. The card is customized with your 800 and 416 Cohere Express dial-in numbers and access codes. Chairperson touch-tone commands are listed on the reverse.

    Customer Self-Serve

    Cohere Express Account holders may manage and view information about their account(s) online from a simple Web Interface. You will have the ability to:

    • Set/Change Account Options (i.e. Entry/Exit tones, participant name recording, participant name announce, etc.).
    • Add/Edit Chairperson Information
    • Change Account Codes
    • View Usage Reports

    Valid account holders may Login now to access the Customer Self-Serve site.

    Call Archive/Download                                                                                                                      FREE!

    A powerful feature to access and download previously recorded calls. Login to a secure web site to view your audio conference call files, then download files (.wav) onto your computer. You can listen to your audio files using your preferred audio player. Perform edits, add audio effects and customize your recordings via your chosen audio editor.

    Instant Playback                                                                                                                      $0.00 / min

    At any time during the conference, the Chairperson may press *4 to record the call. The recording is available after the end of the conference and can be accessed using a special dial-in number and access code. The Instant Replay information is available on the Customer Self Serve site.

    CD Recording                                                                                            $15.00 + $0.20 / min + S & H

    The conference may be available on CD-ROM and shipped to the Chairperson within 24 hours.
