Our 800 Express Service allows you to hold a conference whenever you need to, and you never need to make a reservation. We set aside an 800-number and access code just for you. To start a conference, the Chairperson and participants simply dial the 800-number and enter the 7-digit Access Code. For added security, the Chairperson enters a Chairperson Pass Code. Simple touch-tone commands enable the Chairperson and participants to manage the conference themselves. International Toll Free numbers can be provided upon request.

The 416 Cohere Express Service functions the same way as the 800 Cohere Express Service. However, with the 416 Service, each participant and the Chairperson incur their own long distance charges (if applicable), which are billed by their respective long distance providers
