Overview

Our call centers are staffed with professionally trained English, Spanish and French conference operators. Our operators can give your conference the professional touch it deserves.

An operator greets each participants as they join the call, records their names and any other information (as per your request).

Operator-Assisted Dial-Out                                                                                                    $0.40 / min

You provide a list of participants with telephone numbers. Our operators call and join the participants to the conference. Participants listen to music while on hold until all participants have been added to the conference. Operator does not stay on call. This service is limited to groups of 10 participants or less.

Event Calls - Toll Free Dial-In                                                                                                   $0.35 / min

Professionally trained conference operators stay on line for the duration of your meeting. The operators have complete control in order to ensure the provision of all the services needed for a high-quality successful event. Event Call Services include:

• Communication Line Checks
• Custom Greeting
• Participant information sent via fax or email
• Polling
• Question & Answer Session
• Recording

Event Calls - Operator Dial-Out                                                                                              $0.45 / min

The Event Call Dial-Out service includes all of the same services as the Event Call Toll Free Dial-in service. In addition, our operators will dial-out to each participant and join them to the call. International dial-out fees apply for participants overseas.
