    This web browser-based tool features:

    • No software to install.
    • Desktop shortcut for quick access to the service.
    • Share presenting responsibility with a participant.
    • Share an application or a document.
    • Participant may chat with the presenter or the presenter may chat with a participant without disrupting the presentation.
    • View the attendee list as participants join the meeting.
    • Capture participant name, email and company name.
    • SSL encryption to ensure the safety and privacy of the information shared.
    • Great for simple meetings when no real-time demos or online collaboration is required.

    Cohere Web Pro                                                                                                                 $0.18/minute

    This version includes all of the same features and functionality as the Lite version, plus:

    • Share an application or your whole desktop in real-time with participants.
    • Select a participant from the list of attendees and allow the participant to use the sharing functionality.
    • Collaborate on the development of a document together in real-time.
    • Great for online product demos or online training.

    How to get started with Cohere Web Lite or Pro:

    Cohere VIP Express Customers (Cohere audio conferencing account holders), can use Web Lite or Pro right away. Your current Access Code and Chairperson Pass Code will allow you to host a web conference whenever you need to. When you host a web meeting, you decide whether you wish to use the Lite or Pro version by accessing the Lite or the Pro Conference Entry Page.

    Step-by-step process to host a Cohere Web Lite or Web Pro Conference

    • Go to the Lite or the Pro Conference Entry Page.
    • Log in using your Access Code and Chairperson Pass Code.
    • Click on the publish button to upload a Microsoft Word™, Microsoft Excel™ or Microsoft PowerPoint™ document.
    • To start a meeting, click on the Start button on the top toolbar.
    • Invite participants by giving them the page URL and your Access Code.
