How to get started with Cohere Web Lite or Pro:
Cohere VIP Express Customers (Cohere audio conferencing account holders), can use Web Lite or Pro right away. Your current Access Code and Chairperson Pass Code will allow you to host a web conference whenever you need to. When you host a web meeting, you decide whether you wish to use the Lite or Pro version by accessing the Lite or the Pro Conference Entry Page.

Step-by-step process to host a Cohere Web Lite or Web Pro Conference
- Go to the Lite or the Pro Conference Entry Page.
- Log in using your Access Code and Chairperson Pass Code.
- Click on the publish button to upload a Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel or Microsoft PowerPoint document.
- To start a meeting, click on the Start button on the top toolbar.
- Invite participants by giving them the page URL and your Access Code.
